EyeBox is a distributed, vicarious video discovery application. It lets you discover new video content by watching what other people are watching, and conversely lets other people discover videos that you are watching. EyeBox does this by publishing keyframes, visually representative screen captures of the content being played back, to other EyeBox users in real-time over a lightweight peer-to-peer (P2P) network.

As such, EyeBox consists of two UI components: the Video Player and the Billboard.

1) The Video Player plays any video you have on your local hard drive and periodically publishes keyframes of the current playback content.
2) The Billboard component discovers and subscribes to EyeBox peers playing videos, receives keyframes they publish, and displays them in a grid-like layout.
